The Senior Financial Analyst will join a small, high impact team reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, and will be responsible for supporting the building, maintenance and review of financial models and analyses that drive strategic decision making across the Everly Health organization.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Supply Chain and Lab Operations Teams to maintain and enhance the company’s COGS models, driving to Gross Margin efficiencies
- Deliver accurate and timely SKU and Lab Demand Forecasts to the Supply Chain and Lab Operations Teams
- Provide monthly review and feedback on preliminary month-end accounting results, ensuring the accuracy of reported financials, with a heavy emphasis on COGS and GM variance drivers
- Monitor key performance indicators to analyze and account for unexpected model and budget variances to continuously update forecasting and planning models
- Develop and operationalize KPI reporting based on leading/lagging indicators
- Support the CFO and EVP of Finance in the creation of Board of Directors materials, investor communications and the due diligence and execution of strategic opportunities
- Create ad hoc models, analyses and business cases to evaluate new business opportunities,
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics related discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of overall experience within corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and use of data visualization tools (SQL a plus)
- Experience extracting insights from data and presenting it to an audience
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively to executives and collaborate with cross-functional business teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work under low guidance and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
