For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for a Financial Consolidation Analyst.

The Financial Consolidation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our consolidation financial statements, supporting our commitment to financial transparency and compliance with accounting standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the consolidation process for the organization, including gathering financial data from multiple sources, business units, and subsidiaries. Ensure that intercompany transactions and eliminations are accurately recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Collaborate with other teams to provide explanations and analysis for significant variances or unusual transactions. Manage ledgers, postings, and provisions.
• Participate in the annual and monthly closing.
• Maintain and update consolidation systems and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the consolidation process. Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies. 
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new processes, systems, and standards. Contribute to continuous improvement projects for Group accounting and operational accounting level.
• Advise on IFRS treatment of accounting positions • Initiate and Participate in Global accounting meetings on expert topics.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and ensure that the consolidation process aligns with regulatory requirements. Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting regulations.
• Generate internal and external financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Ensure that reporting deadlines are met and that reports are of high quality and accuracy.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to address questions and requests related to consolidated financial data.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Accounting;
• 3 years experience in Accounting;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, such as IFRS;
• Prior experience in consolidation reporting in industry or commerce in a multinational environment;
• Some experience in the preparation or auditing of accounts for reporting to a major stock market;
• Experience with SAP, MS Office suite; and consolidation systems (e.g. Hyperion);
• Fluent English language skills ;
• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time Management skills and ability to prioritize own and common deliverables;
• Experience in SSC working environment would be an advantage
