For our Finance Department in Siemens Turkey R&D, we are looking for a Part-time Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting Finance Team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Support in project related monthly invoicing / closing transactions while ensuring all project/order plan, revenues, costs, accruals, etc. are captured in the financial statement. 
• Support in Monthly Reporting,
• Support in Calculating productivity of resources.
• Support in project / training related purchasing process
• Support in updates in hours/invoice tools, calculating productivity of resources.
• Act in close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Procurement & Logistics, Legal, Compliance (as relevant).
• Support in Digitalization & Automation.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 2nd or 3th year student in faculty of Business Administration / Economics or a related area.
• Able to work 2-3 days/week in Kartal partly remote
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team player.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
• Open minded and highly collaborative.
