What role will you play?

As a Senior Analyst in the team, you will partner with the broader risk management team to contribute to the continual improvement of the overarching technology risk management framework. This will include, leading walkthroughs, testing controls and negotiating potential issues within the cybersecurity and infrastructure portfolio, with scope areas including identity and access management, asset management, network security and public cloud environments.

You will contribute to the definition and maintenance of the cybersecurity and infrastructure technology audit universe, including engaging in continuous business monitoring activities and risk assessments to identify emerging risk themes and trends. You will liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels, whilst maintaining ongoing partnerships with the internal audit team and senior technology management to drive positive change.

What you offer

  • Prior experience in technology audit or technology risk management, with experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure audit is advantageous
  • Proven technical and analytical sills, coupled with attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal
  • communication skills
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and requirements
  • Prior experience leveraging analytical testing is advantageous.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
