What You'll Do

  • Advocate for the Kitopi brands across social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement tactical social, content, and influencer strategies to elevate brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars, social copywriting, and content posting schedules.
  • Optimize content performance by identifying key drivers of growth and engagement.
  • Utilize social listening tools to gain deep insights into customer preferences, sentiments, and behaviors.
  • Generate diverse and impactful content tailored to various demographic groups.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct research to uncover compelling consumer insights and trends for content creation.
  • Read and analyze social media comments, distinguishing behaviors across different platforms.
  • Utilize insights gathered to refine strategies and adapt content accordingly for maximum impact.Craft compelling Arabic copy to resonate with target audiences

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Native Arabic speaker is a must

Recruitment Process and Timeline

If you have been shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to meet our hiring managers. Depending on the scope of the role and the function, you may need to attend 2-3 rounds (which might include case study, role-play, trial, or live coding - this will be communicated to you in the initial conversation).
