The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best in class Ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue. As part of the Business Operations & Strategy team,Netflix is seeking an innovative, experienced sales enablement lead to build an enablement infrastructure that enables the team to scale knowledge and best practices to accelerate revenue growth.

The role requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Shared Services Teams and Regional Talent Management Partners. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. The role will report directly to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a central knowledge repository for all sales facing information
  • Identify, develop and scale sales best practices across sales teams to help unlock revenue
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect the dots and drive a streamlined information sharing process across the Ads organization
  • Develop templates and best practices for communicating product and tool information

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years experience in ad sales and/or building and delivering a sales curriculum in an enterprise sales organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to independently think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with strategic problem solving experience
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to design innovative solutions
  • Experience managing and implementing a CMS, knowledge infrastructure tooling

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
