Information Security Governance Internship

Join us to perform Information Security Governance Intern as a member of the IT Information Governance LAMP team as we support customer privacy and ensure the security of customer data within Dell. As a member of the IT Information Governance team, you will help implement and expand industry standard data governance tools and expand data catalog, lineage, classification, and quality programs within Dell.

What you’ll achieve

The IT Data Governance team is critical to ensuring the privacy of our customers and Dell’s compliance with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and other similar laws).

This particular role supports the LAMP tool on the Lineage feature team by managing onboarding of Dell applications to our LAMP tool. Gain broad experience working with stakeholders, providing status reports and managing risk / escalations. This role would be a great introduction for someone interested in Project / Program Management.

You will:

• Confirm resource availability with application owners
• Answer questions for application SMEs
• Maintain contact with application SMEs to ensure timely completion of onboarding
• Provide weekly status reports to LAMP Onboarding PM
• Recommend and assist with implementation of process improvements

Essential Requirements:

• University student of data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or any other technical field
• Good understanding of IT Project Management principles is an advantage
• Ability to manage change and engage and collaborate with diverse team members
• Ability to provide direction and leadership to others
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Salary starting from: 6.60 EUR per working hour
