We are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager/Buyer with a strong background in in-platform buying across social platforms, paid search, and programmatic. This role is pivotal in driving the success of cutting-edge paid media campaigns, aligning with client goals and industry standards. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our Senior Digital Planning Strategists, contributing to the growth of our Digital Planning + Optimization (DP+O) team in the US, and shaping our presence in the dynamic digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns. Utilize your expertise in campaign management tools and forecasting to drive success.
  • In-Platform Buying: Manage the in-platform buying process, including setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and making optimization recommendations based on data insights.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Senior Digital Planning Strategist to develop and execute innovative digital media plans, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to clients and agency partners, demonstrating strong communication and consultative skills.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and articulate performance metrics, develop reports, and analyze campaign results to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Own and manage vendor relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing campaign finances, including budget recommendations, pacing, and billing, to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure campaigns are integrated across channels and aligned with overall strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign management. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including social, programmatic, and search.
  • Proficiency with industry tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, YouTube, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display Network, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with campaign management tools (DSP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of media buyer vocabulary and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
