To support the Kamil Koç team, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing to drive Kamil Koç and FlixBus in Turkey to the next level and have the most direct influence our global success. Reporting directly into the Kamil Koç Chief Executive Officer, you will be employed on a Kamil Koç contract, and this position is based out of either Ankara, Bursa or Istanbul.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Offline Marketing

• Own and manage budget preparation and management of all offline marketing activities including campaign event, and outdoor advertisement management
• Design and execute marketing campaigns focusing on the offline channel, and owning the strategic set-up & coordination of all offline marketing channels
• Analyze marketing activities and create reports based on the offline campaigns to evaluate the performance of marketing projects
• Lead effort to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness of your channel
• Management of event marketing activities at bus stations and organize events on special days at Kamil Koç terminals
• Management of all media buying processes and brand cooperation

Communication

• Create, execute and manage the communication and PR strategy, planning and execution aligned with global communication and supporting the company business goals 
• Build and maintain media and public stakeholder relations
• Manage the Kamil Koç corporate identity, marketing communication strategy, and brand positioning 
• Work with partnering organizations and non-profits to support and promote the company’s corporate social responsibility and giving programs 
• Serve as the primary liaison for PR efforts and organize press events, including media sessions
• Manage crisis communication and serve as a member of the crisis management team and is the primary PoC for related media inquiries

Agency Management

• Management of Creative agencies, PR agencies, Media buying agencies and Social media moderation agencies
• Ensuring the coordination of agencies and 3rd parties in all company needs such as photography, video, voice-over, short film, etc., and management of processes 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor Degree in business, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field
• The ideal candidate has 5 years of prior work experience in a similar role
• Agency management experience
• Experience in reputation and issues management or reactive crisis communication preferred
• Media relations and management skills preferred
• An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English
