Responsibilities:

Process engineer serve as a key role by applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve plant problems, and enable safe and efficient production of low cost, quality products.

Responsibilities: - Earn respect and trust of operations team because of their great problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Align with business team to ensure the MET or technical process requirement is well understood and utilized.

Maintain, own, and review KPIs/ trends to continuously optimize plant performance to improve yield and productivity, reduce waste generation, etc.

Act as plant technical expert to perform advanced troubleshooting, improve operating discipline and lead chemical safety activities.

Responsible for TEEP/OEE implementation in plant and diagnose and document root causes of Asset Utilization losses in the facility. Drive implementation of effective corrective and preventative actions.

Understand customer needs and drive high levels of quality, responsiveness and reliability for the customer.

Qualifications:

1, Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related majors

2, Working experience: Above 3 years in related areas.

3, Language: English skill is required.
