CGI has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Director of Consulting - Healthcare in our New England business unit. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with strong enterprise delivery and business development experience in the Healthcare area (Payers, Providers). You should have a deep knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and will have extensive contacts within New England Area to grow and build the business. You will be working to drive delivery and grow our business.

You should have a strong record of accomplishment of managing global delivery for large enterprise accounts and driving profitable growth along with account expansion and management. You will manage strong delivery SME’s and will focus on growing our relationship and portfolio within the New England region. Must be currently living in the New England area. A majority of your time will be spent in the Boston area and possibly RI, ME, NH, MA

Responsibilities:

  • You will use and leverage your experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.
  • Lead a team of professionals – both direct reports and via global delivery centers.
  • Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams.
  • Lead account strategy, account planning, budget planning and manage profitability of assigned account/s and engagements.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts within the New England region
  • Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings
  • Overall accountability for the winning of competitive proposals for assigned accounts
  • Overall accountability of service delivery to our clients. Improve the quality-of-service delivery at assigned clients
  • Ensure success of engagements using CGI delivery centers and strategic partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of IT and Consulting Services experience.
  • 8+ years working with enterprise level clients and a deep understanding and knowledge of the Healthcare (Payer and Provider) Industry
  • 6+ years of experience in leading a delivery account management team
  • Proven delivery experience at large enterprise accounts delivering SI&C or managed services programs Ability to interact with C-Level decision makers.
  • Ability to leverage relationships in the healthcare Industry to help drive new discussions with clients.
  • Results oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models.
  • Client engagement management and relationship building.
  • A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect; superior conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be independent, self-starting, and be able to stay calm under the pressures of multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $154,600 -$297,700.
