Lark Strategic Partnerships Team

The Strategic Partnership team's mission is to leverage third-party companies to promote, sell, and distribute Lark. Our aim is to increase sales, to expand our reach and to access new markets through collaborations with these partners. Our mission centers on achieving mutual business successes through partnerships with distributors, resellers, consulting firms, and other third-party organizations.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycle:

1. Off-cycle / Credit bearing Internship - Starting mid or end April 2024

Job Responsibilities:

As an Intern for Strategic Partnerships at Lark APAC, you will actively contribute to supporting partner success, improving operational framework and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner operational inquiries, providing information and facilitating collaboration.
• Collaborate with Lark and partner marketing teams to develop joint marketing strategies enhancing visibility and success.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential partners in target markets to maintain a robust partnership pipeline aligned with Lark's goals.
• Actively monitor partner pipelines, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to growth strategies.
• Support in drafting business plans with acquired partners to ensure alignment with Lark's objectives and mutual growth.
• Aid in monitoring partner sales progress and pitching capabilities, implementing support measures as needed in coordination with the partner enablement manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• You have strong interpersonal skills. You're great at building relationships, having negotiations, and influencing stakeholders.
• You possess a goal-oriented mindset. You have a strong ability to think strategically, analyze data, and derive actionable insights for business growth.
• Customer-centric approach, dedicated to ensuring partner satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment, capable of both independent and collaborative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of SaaS partner operations, with exposure to channel partner management, business development or sales, especially in the technology sector.
