Lark Global Growth Product Team

Lark Global Growth Product team is responsible for website leads generation, sign-up flow, product-led user onboarding optimization, and growth hacking initiatives in general. We are looking for a tech-savvy and result-oriented intern with an excellent product and analytical mindset.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycle:

1. Off-cycle / Credit bearing Internship - Starting in May 2024

Responsibilities:

If you are ambitious, upbeat, collaborative & solution-oriented, looking to work with and learn from passionate and dedicated teammates, you'll fit right in!

• You will work closely with the Growth Product Manager and cross-functional teams, supporting the design, research, and execution of growth strategy for the website and onboarding features.
• You will lead the ideation and execution of growth initiatives that drive traffic and lead conversion.
• You will collaborate with design, data, commercial, and engineering teams to analyze user journeys, develop product requirements docs, design prototypes, launch A/B experiments, and drive data insights.
• You will help analyze website traffic and product adoption data regularly to generate insights and informed decisions for product iterations and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Traits:

• You have experience in growth, website design or analytics, ideally in the SaaS industry
• You have excellent communication and coordination ability and driving force of XFN collaboration.
• You are highly comfortable and adaptable to frequent changes and ambiguity; able to thrive in a startup environment.
• You have strong work ethics, with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have a background in global consulting, investment or Internet companies specialising in growth / product / marketing functions.
