Job Description:

This is 12 months paid internship program.

The Intern Safety Data Specialist (SDS-Intern) is responsible for processing adverse events (AE) information in the global safety system for investigational products, under the direction and supervision of a Global PV (Pharmacovigilance) Manager. The SDS performs triage, analysis and interpretation of AE data following our Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. In addition, the SDS-Intern collaborates with other staff within the organization, as well as cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do:

• Through daily case prioritization activities, completes reports within the established timeframes to ensure compliance with internal, business partner (BP), and regulatory agency reporting requirements worldwide.
• Participates in training and certification activities for Global PV.
• Successfully completes training and independence assessment activities for Global PV specialists.
• Performs case translation and/or submission in compliance with requirements of worldwide regulatory agencies.

You should apply if you have:

• A bachelor's degree or students’ status for the master’s degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or biological sciences.
• Advanced writing/reading and intermediate speaking/listening medical English language skills AND intermediate writing/reading skills in one of the following medical languages: Italian, German, French or Portuguese (a certificate in any language will be an advantage).
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel, browsing tools).
