The Partner and Product Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing Smile’s market presence and building strong relationships with key partners. This role is responsible for drafting, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies for established and developing products, collaborating with partners, and promoting Smile products to drive revenue growth. This role will be required to have a deep understanding of Smile products and partners' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, recommend, and coordinate the execution of approved marketing opportunities on assigned product lines (including collaborative marketing budgets and resources, partner events, etc.) provided to Smile by enterprise-sized Cloud and Technology partners to maximize value and benefits of these partnerships. 
  • Create product marketing materials, including product information sheets, brochures, sales collateral, and case studies, to support cross-functional teams and international external partners.
  • Drive product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Track and report on the status of Smile Digital Health Partner programs and cooperative marketing funds - both incoming and outgoing.
  • Coordinate with other members of the partnership and marketing team to develop partner-specific content and announcements, update partner content via website and Smile Digital Health-owned/managed social channels, optimize content for search engines, and ensure brand and voice consistency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Support market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.
  • Prepare marketing briefs for Corporate Marketing’s execution plans and generate regular reports on key performance indicators and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related role. Previous experience at B2B technology start-up and/or the Health IT industry, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • In-depth understanding of technical concepts and information with ability to translate complex ideas into client-friendly language.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven self-starter with creative problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce and more.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Must have some flexibility with working hours to support international partners when required.
