Our Client Advisory Accounting Services (CAAS) team provides a full suite of financial advisory services, including month-end accounting services, technology implementation and support services, CFO-level consulting, and strategy. We partner with our customers to learn their financial pain points and leverage our expertise to provide solutions that help them reach their goals. Our team is innovative and forward-thinking while remaining attuned to the unique needs of each customer.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Maintaining client financial records beginning with entering transactions and progressing through month-end close and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Analyze monthly results with senior accountants and offer input for client improvements.
  • Develop and exhibit proficiency in a variety of cloud-based accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; assume responsibility for your work and assist others when needed. Be self-motivated.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task, requiring a balance of responsiveness to multiple Managers/supervisors.
  • Exhibit creativity by expressing new ideas and "thinking outside the box"; be solution-minded.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both orally and in writing. Actively listen and clearly communicate ideas and information.
  • Establish networks and relationships across the Firm. Develop knowledge of the Firm (history, strategy, policies, processes, best practices, etc.).
  • Seek opportunities to add new experiences/assignments that increase your commitment and capability within the Firm by participating in programs such as wellness, recruiting, etc.
  • Learn and apply best practices for client communications (Email, voicemail, telephone, face-to-face).
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge in engagements.

How Will You Get Here?

  • 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope, and number of assignments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
