MTS SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER  

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivative DFT engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor, you will be part of a leading team to drive and improve AMD's abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry-leading technologies to market. The DFT team furthers and encourages continuous technical innovation to showcase successes as well as facilitate continuous career development.

THE PERSON:

Should have 7+years of experience with BTech degree or 5+years with MTech degree.

Worked in a team environment where dealing with other teams in day to day activity.

Candidate should be confident in expressing the requirements and coordinate, collaborate with team members. Should have high technical motivation on exploring and guiding members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for DFT Testmode STA signoff at top level and block level.
• SDC development for SoC level, complete understanding for all high freq protocol spec requirements to sdc.
• SDC validation for signoff quality
• Coordinate with multiple IP stake holders to build SOC level sdc
• Debug experience and support all flows and tools usage.
• Would work with Physical design team on getting the right PPA closure

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Top level or SOC level closure is preferred
• High frequency target blocks like ARM cores, DDR, HBM, implementation & closure experience is desirable.
• Excellent hands-on debug skills and scripting skills are critical.
• Knowledge on automation scripts is desirable.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelors degree w/7+ years or Masters degree w/5+ years in Electronics engineering/Electrical Engineering
