JD for Data Leader

HCLTech is looking for data leader with extensive experience in Data & AI to lead Data & AI programs at HCLTech s enterprise Account. Candidate should have following experience & capabilities.

18 plus years of IT Industry experience

Must have 10 plus years of hands on development experience in Industry standard Data & AI tools & platform.

Must have extensive experience in ETL development, Data Ingestion and Data Integration using API/microservices based approach.

Must have good technical understanding and knowhow on ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, ISIS or Talend.

Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Dara Warehouse, Data Lake

Must be in tune with Data platform modernization work. Ability to lead development teams in the role of Data Architect / BI Architect or Solution Architect

Experience in delivery management of medium to large size data program / project implementation is mandatory

Extensive experience in leading Technical Solution, ability to guide customer for best practices, solution approach and enterprise level data & BI strategy

Must have good technical knowhow and understanding of Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehouse / Data lake platform

Proficiency in one or two Cloud platform (Azure, Google Big Query or Amazon) is must

Must have good expertise in Data Governance practices. Ability to lead solution for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog and Metadata management strategy

Ability to drive conversation with CDO / CTO for Data Governance and Data Management Services

Experience in ERP application like SAP or Oracle will be advantage

Experience in integration technologies like Boomi, Pega, MuleSoft, API / Microservices based integration.

Experience in Salesforce, Anaplan, Hyperon Essbase will be desirables but not mandatory

Experience in leading RFP / RFI/ Proposal responses. Experience in proposal estimation, proposal presentation is mandatory.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams in matrix organization for successful program implementation is highly desired

Must be in tune with current trends in AI &ML. Ability to lead discussion on AI & ML Use cases, business benefits and implementation of Advance analytics is mandatory

Must have good understanding of AI platform provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex or Amazon

Certification in Solution architect on any hyper scalar or data cloud like Snowflake or SingleStore is desired.

Must have 2 plus years of experience in implementation of Data Coud using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, GCP GBQ or AWS Redshift.

Must have good experience in BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau and Self Service BI technologies.

Experience in Data modeling (Dimensional modeling) is highly desirables.
