Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Assist with annual planning including budget allocation, tactic mix, and target setting
• Support key strategic decisions on improvements to GTM strategy and structure
• Drive strategy around maintenance and enhancement of Bitsight’s databases of accounts and people

Business Partnership:

• Enable key stakeholders to make data driven decisions leveraging dashboards & reports built
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement working closely with key stakeholders

Marketing Analytics and Insight:

• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Determine KPIs most critical to measuring success of key strategies
• Undertake ad hoc analysis projects as required by the Revenue Operations team and executive leadership.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting & Data Visualization:

• Leverage Salesforce, Looker and other technologies to gather, analyze, and visualize data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.

Forecasting and Budget Management:

• Lead marketing performance forecasting initiatives by implementing modeling and analytical techniques
• Support budget management and enable decisions on allocation adjustments

Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an analyst in revenue operations, marketing operations, or another analytical role such as former consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Looker or other visualization tools a plus
