Seismic is seeking a highly motivated B2B Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences and ultimately identify and nurture qualified leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth.

This role requires regular cross-functional collaboration across the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product organizations. The ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously is a must. This Senior Customer Marketing Manager needs to also bring an analytical mindset to this campaign work and should have deep experience making data-driven decisions and developing/implementing measurement and attribution across all campaign touch points.

What you will be doing: 

  • Execute a comprehensive expansion revenue strategy to drive growth within our existing customer base, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities. 
  • Build out email nurture campaigns and workflows by segments, verticals, and personas to ensure conversion and qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize various marketing channels and automation tools to reach customers effectively and optimize engagement. 
  • Collaborate with customer data teams to segment the customer base based on usage data, behavioral insights, customer personas, and account potential to develop targeted expansion initiatives. 
  • Proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights and detailed understanding of cross-channel attribution. 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies, initiatives, and messaging for expansion revenue. 
  • Build project plans, deliverables, and dependency plans and communicate these across teams.
  • Bring new ideas and best practices to the table and continuously try and drive more value and innovation. 

What you bring to the team: 

The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter, and someone who loves to delight and engage customers to enhance their experience and increase the value they are receiving from Seismic. This individual must possess expertise in integrated marketing best practices, particularly in growth & retention, and must be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Proven execution experience in customer marketing, expansion revenue strategies, or related roles within the B2B SaaS industry. 
  • 8 to 10 years of directly relevant campaign marketing experience. 
  • Creative thinker, problem solver and has *can do* attitude. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions. 
  • Reputation for achieving goals successfully; impacting the bottom-line; constantly challenging self and others to deliver results. 
  • Highly organized, accomplishment oriented and focused on driving impact to the business. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to support retention and growth is key to excelling in this role. 
  • Effective communicator and possesses strong project management skills. 
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing and extracting insights from data to improve KPIs. 
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguities.
