Your Responsibilities in Detail

• Investigate and resolve issues raised by the finance team related to NetSuite and system functionalities.
• Contribute to the creation, review, and amendment of user operating manuals and SOPs, focusing on business operations and their application to NetSuite.
• Assist in the review, amendment, and control of internal control systems aligned with company requirements and managed within NetSuite.
• Provide support for ad-hoc programs and projects, ensuring their successful completion.

Your Background

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Retail Operations and Accounting Expertise: A strong and knowledgeable background in retail operations and accounting, whether in a marketplace or traditional business setting.
• NetSuite Suite Success Knowledge: Working knowledge of NetSuite Suite Success, demonstrating familiarity with its functionalities.
• Independence and Team Collaboration: An ability to work independently without constant supervision, coupled with a comfort level in a team environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for digging into issues, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
• Diligence and Attention to Detail: A diligent and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
