Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to help us change the way the world works. Here, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will partner with Finance, Collections, Sales, and other AR team members while efficiently tracking, analyzing, and communicating the stage of receivables, collections, and cash receipts. This role reports to our Global AR & OM Senior Manager.

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will:

• Analyze receivables, collections, and cash receipts data, identifying issues, and ensuring resolution, including communications with management.
• Assist in customer communications for collections and discrepancies, communications with sales teams and other AR Team members
• Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
• Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate issued and solutions to all levels of management
• Make well-informed independent decisions and provide support for those decisions to the management team when needed
• Leverage your experience with foreign currencies, exchange rates, and multiple subsidiaries
• Assist with Order Management Team and information needed for AR Customers and Order Fulfillment
• Perform revenue uploads and reconciliations from ecommerce platforms
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management
• Provide support for Internal/external audits
• Able to take on ownership of small-to-medium projects that impact various business areas and provide solutions and recommendations

What YOU bring to the team:

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping, 5-7 years related experience
• Superb time management and detail orientation
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, communications, and teamwork mindset
• Collections experience for a global organization familiar with international processes for Account Receivable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Google Sheets and Adobe needed and experience with Salesforce and NetSuite a plus
