This Consultant role is a member of Workday’s Asia Pacific and Japan Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our cloud-based software within the Asia Pacific and Japan region. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!
About the Role
自ら導入を手掛けることはもちろん、ベンダー直雇のコンサルタントとして、他社のパートナーコンサルタントと協業して導入プロジェクトに参画することもあり、その際には一般にパートナーコンサルタントに対して知識や経験面において優位であることが求められます。従って、お客様のご要望を聞き実装するのみならず、先進的人事を自ら学び、あるべき業務像を描き、顧客企業や時にはパートナーコンサルタントに対して説得的コミュニケーションをする能力も求められます。
組織構成上はAPJ（Asis Pacific, Japan）のチームに属することになるので、日本というボーダーに留まらず、他の国々でのプロジェクトに参画したり、他の国々のコンサルタントと協業することが求められます。

The Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy Financial Management's integration requirements. These requirements include integrations between Workday and adjacent systems in the customer landscape, and relevant reporting and analytic solutions.
