The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Key role to collaborate with both internal and external teams
  • Able to lead small to medium projects in the matter of general topics
  • Able to cascade strategic messages to Operation team
  • Able to develop/input initiatives to improve Operation
  • Perform analyses for daily monitoring and ad-hoc project
  • Monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI performance & contribute to solution
  • Monitor implementation of SOPs ensuring compliance & consistency and continuous improvement of SOPs
  • Participate in BAU/spike planning and executing
  • Optimize Operation Performance in the matter of SLA and Cost

Requirements:

  • University or College graduate
  • Experienced in the industry: min 2 years
  • Analytical mindset: Intermediate
  • Problem-solving: Intermediate
  • Tasking management: Intermediate
  • Collaboration: Intermediate
  • Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools: Good
  • Good English proficiency
  • Experienced in SOP Design/Optimization
  • Working as management consultant is a big plus
