Shopee

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Địa điểm làm việc: Hồ Chí Minh
• Trực tiếp điều phối, lên kế hoạch cho đội xe.
• Theo dõi tình trạng xe (sửa chữa, theo dõi lịch bảo trì bảo dưỡng, làm việc với bảo hiểm)
• Xử lý các tình huống phát sinh trong quá trình vận chuyển.
• Đảm bảo vận hành xuyên suốt cho đội xe.
• Một số việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý 
• Check Mail, đối soát thừa thiếu phản hồi CS, xử lý Data. 

Requirements:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đạihọc.
• Có hiểu biết về E-logistics.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về bảo hiểm xe và hiểu biết chung về vật lý xe tải.
• Có kinh nghiệm liên quan công việc Điều phối (ít nhất 06 tháng)
