We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated SDR Team Leader to further accelerate our growth.

As an SDR Team Leader you will be responsible for maximizing the number of new sales opportunities by leading a team of SDRs on all sales development aspects, including prospecting, prospect outreach, discovery, and efficient handover. The SDR Manager will own the team objectives and targets, and work closely with regional Sales Directors as well as the Marketing and Partner teams with the objective of developing a quality sales pipeline. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, motivate, and direct the day to day activities of the SDR team in order to achieve objectives, targets, and KPIs
  • Monitor productivity and quality and take action based on performance metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive and motivate individual engagement and team collaboration
  • Ensure process and documentation hygiene with attention to detail 
  • Innovate and improve our Sales Development Playbook
  • Identify market trends, develop best practices and set objectives accordingly
  • Hire and support team expansion
  • Nurture a consistent team effort that leads to target overachievement
  • Maintain a fun, supportive and collaborative team environment

What you have:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar leadership role, preferably at a software or technology provider, ideally selling SaaS products, including recruiting, on-boarding and training SDRs
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills and ability to motivate employees
  • Previous experience in a sales or sales development role, consistently achieving KPIs
  • High communication capabilities and an ability to manage across multiple locations
  • Previous experience with sales software e.g. Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, data enrichment and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate with team members in a positive and approachable way
  • Ability to multitask within a hyper growth sales environment
  • Experience with both mentorship and hands-on leadership

Bonus points:

  • Martech or Mobile sales experience
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms 
  • Proficient in an Asian language
