Job Description

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Electrical & electronics system development for high precision testing system and non-standard automation chip tester.
• Capable to cover whole development process: concept, detail design including schematic, FPC/PCB layout, parts selection, fabrication/assembly documentation, and validation after hardware received.
• Conduct regular design review within the team to ensure an optimized design that can cover function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.
• Communicate with vendor to deliver parts precisely and timely.
• Product FA and root cause finding by in-depth study.
• Collaboration with global (US/Japan/Philippines/Thailand/Malaysia) and local teams on product electronics development.
• Work in team with minimum supervision on tight project deadline.
• Support new product ramp up in overseas.

• 通过深入研究，对产品失效进行分析并提供解决方案
• 与本地及美，日，菲律宾，泰国，马来西亚团队协同工作
• 有足够能力，不需要太多技术上的指导
• 支持产品设备的海外投产

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or above in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on experience on electrical design, testing and FA; Familiar with Allegro or Altium software and various use of oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.
• Understanding or experience of signal integrity or HDD signal system preferred
• High flexibility under various conditions; Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways.
• Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
