POSITION PROFILE

Get a firsthand look at how Ricoh’s Digital Services Center is helping customers transform their business using modern microservices based, serverless, software as a service platform.

As a Software Product Manager Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing Ricoh SaaS based offerings. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers, gaining hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and project management.

Learn directly from customers about the challenges they face running their business, and how you can help them. You’ll prioritize what you learn based on urgency, pervasiveness, and the customers willingness to pay.

Here are the key responsibilities for this role:

• Identify customer problems by speaking directly with customers, operations and sales and then use data to assess how pervasive the identified problems are in the marketplace.
• Identify areas when AI and automation can assist in solving customer problems
• Recommend improvements to our portfolio based on Voice of Customer and Voice of Field.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, including engineering, designers, marketing, sales and operations.
• Work with Business Analysts to define requirements and contribute the writing of user stories.
• Defining the product roadmap, including feature and user story prioritization and present to key stakeholders
• Assist with internal launch readiness activities for new product releases.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

• Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Students should be pursuing a degree in a related major in the department of interest and posses some former work or internship experience; individual projects will dictate required level of education or year in school.
• Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Students are to successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire.

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Superior interpersonal and written communication skill.
• Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
