Summary

We are looking for a "Product Manager Laser & Survivability Systems (f/m/d)" for the "Survivability" division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The "Laser & Survivability" product group within "Ground Based Systems (GBS)" deals with self-protection systems, recce sensors and laser products, among other things. GBS Survivability is currently in talks with customers in order to acquire further orders and drive forward comprehensive product developments.

The product group is made up of the product manager and project managers and is responsible for handling national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects.

Your Tasks

• Strategic alignment of the product group as part of strategic planning
• Active market development and the establishment and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Implementation of a successful product policy
• Participation in operational planning, R & D planning and personnel planning
• Monitoring compliance with this planning as well as proposing and initiating corrective measures in the event of target/actual deviations
• Supporting sales in the acquisition phase by providing technical and program-related information
• Creating cooperation strategies
• Implementing cooperation strategies through targeted negotiations with the relevant international partners
• Securing strategically relevant and economically profitable workshare shares

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of project management and / or sales experience
• A military background and confidence in dealing with the military are advantageous
• Industry and product knowledge advantageous
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal interface management skills
• Assertiveness and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and good English skills
