Corporate Development team (Corp Dev) at Micron is a small, but impactful team. We are responsible for making the decisions to grow and restructure businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to bring value for Micron through actions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), divestitures, and business transactions that demonstrate Micron’s platform.

As a intern in the team, responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• You will performing strategic and quantitative analysis
• You will be participating in due diligence
• You will be supporting the development of insights and recommendations for management
• You will be developing market landscapes and overview of semiconductor ecosystem
• You will be evaluating new opportunities aligned with Micron’s strategic objectives

To be successful in this role:

• You have strong quantitative skills
• A great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good data summary and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• A high level of comfort working in a fast-paced team environment.
• You have a deep knowledge of MS office, including financial modeling and PowerPoint
