The Data and Applied Sciences Research team leads the way in pioneering AI and machine learning innovations, specializing in deep learning, NLP, large language models (LLMs/GPT), graph models, AutoGPTs, chatbots, etc. Our research is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology, anticipating future needs, and seamlessly integrating AI innovations into our product suite. We are seeking a Data and Applied Scientist with a startup mindset, deeply passionate about the latest AI advancements. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in machine learning algorithms, model deployment, and a proven track record in real-world applications. Ready to tackle challenges from coding to UX development, this role requires technical excellence, strong leadership, and a fervor for innovative machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include: Advanced Research: • Lead and conduct pioneering research in Generative AI, NLP, Information Retrieval, and LLMs. • Drive the development and implementation of novel algorithms and methodologies to address complex business challenges. Innovation in AI Technologies: • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, actively contributing to the integration of emerging trends into our research initiatives. • Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data-driven solutions. Collaboration and Leadership: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership in the development of AI-driven applications. • Mentor and guide a team of research engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning. Model and Prototype Development and Optimization: • Oversee the development of models and prototypes based on research findings, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. • Optimize for performance, scalability, and practical applicability in real-world scenarios.

• Deep expertise of 10+ years in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment. • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Jupyter, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership skills with a passion for fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. • Additional experience in any of the areas like cyber security, fraud detection, regulations, business processes in enterprises, legal discovery, etc., would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
