Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning Operations, this position collaborates with the Program Management team to drive the standardization and processes of the Strategic Sales and Analytics. In this role you will learn to look for the smoke and light up targets around the health of the business, category, and market opportunities. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated team member who will learn to operate with urgency, escalate risks to management and drive resolutions. Our Program Managers build bridges between the cross functional teams and are seen as the glue that holds the team together by owning communication streams across all groups. 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborates with the Program Management team to actively facilitate the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing risks, and schedule 
  • Identify weekly and monthly deliverables to the SS&A teams 
  • Track program risks and the mitigation/contingency plan progress 
  • Create KPI trackers to support the SS&A teams 
  • Process Center of Excellence for the Strategic Sales and Analytics organization 

Education and Experience: 

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Project Management, Business, or Analytics 
  • Interest in some combination of commercialization, sales analytics, new product launches or program management 
  • Assertive, confident, capable 
  • Written, verbal and communication skills. 
  • Possess a strong bias to action and accountability 
  • Knowledge of MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT, Visio, SmartSheet 
  • High energy, with a positive attitude 
  • Detail oriented
