WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contingent workers make up a significant percentage of BCGs overall workforce and is a specialist division of HR. As part of the Global Contingent worker PMO team, this will be a key role in supporting CWR operations – onboarding, offboarding, extensions. 

Key role & responsibilities 

• Day to day management of Contingent workers life cycle in Fieldglass 
• Advising internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes relating to contingent workforce 
• Ownership of contingent worker mailbox and slack channels 
• Reporting for key stakeholders as needed 
• Working closely with functional teams - Finance, IT, procurement etc 
• Assisting with the building and maintaining of the CWR global microsite 
• Responsible to the CWR data integrity
