About the role
Release the rest report for the finish product (Certificate of Analysis)
Handles any problems that may appear on the production lines regarding their identification, communication and resolution
Monitors the correctness of the investigation reports in QRCI
Monitors the actions in the LPA and QRCI
For the improvement processes in the company, executes quality verifications
Makes improvement proposals for the quality system
Support in customer complaint solving
Makes periodic „gemba walk” and identifies nonconformities
Take part of the meetings where the function is needed
Actively contributes to the continous improvement of the plant’s performance, continuously identify opportunities to eliminate losses and proposes solution to improve its own/ plant activity
