The Team

The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, to launching and running our merchant partners’ programs successfully, and scaling their growth through new cardholder acquisition and existing cardholder engagement. We span business development, marketing, partner success, brand and product, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners. 

The Job

The Engagement Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive cardholder spend, engagement and balance growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Sales, to identify opportunities and develop targeted, personalized campaigns. Your goal will be to enhance cardholder engagement, loyalty, and overall customer lifetime value.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies to Existing Cardholders:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies that focus on increasing cardholder spending and balance growth
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push and direct mail
  • Configure and execute segments and campaigns in Braze, our existing automation tooling for customer communications
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize customer segmentation and data analytics to identify high-value customer segments and develop personalized and tailored campaigns that resonate and drive action within those specific groups
  • Offers and Incentives: Design and implement offers and rewards that encourage cardholders to use their co-branded credit cards more frequently and outside of the merchant in their everyday lives. Continuously analyze the effectiveness of different offers and incentives and make data driven adjustments as needed
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor cardholder behavior, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization. Regularly present insights, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Creative Development: Lead the creative development process for lifecycle marketing and spend campaigns, collaborating with design and copywriting teams to produce compelling assets
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering to define data and product requirements to enable smarter targeting and more automation

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 4+ years owning existing customer marketing strategy and execution at digital first company, preferably within financial services or credit card industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with SQL and/or data analytics platforms such (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms to launch lifecycle messages to customers
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to credit card marketing

Annual salary range: $125k-$175k and competitive equity package
