Social Media Coordinator

thatgamecompany is best recognized for creating award-winning, enriching, and meaningful game titles such as Journey, Flower, and flOw. Our most recent game, Sky: Children of the Light, has attracted a global audience of over 260 million passionate fans on mobile devices, Nintendo Switch, and Sony PlayStation, with a PC port on the way.

thatgamecompany seeks a qualified and passionate individual to join the China operation team. The ideal candidate is already familiar with Sky, enjoys playing Sky, and has a couple of years of experience in social media content creation, accounts management, community operations, etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the content planning, scheduling, and production control of content materials for game projects and company accounts on various platforms, intending to enhance brand power and player preference.
2. Build and manage multi-channel official media accounts, and be able to independently operate Weibo/official accounts/Bilibili/Xiaohongshu and other platforms. Discover and keep up with hot trends, collaborate with relevant departments to produce content, and increase social media activity.
3. Participate in the establishment and maintenance of player content ecology, and participate in the construction and maintenance of multiple content platforms. Responsible for communicating with players and maintaining community communication channels.
4. Participate in planning and executing content plans according to versions/holidays and other nodes.
5. Support market promotion strategies and monitor social media public opinion.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 1 year of experience in game community/social media operations.
2. Strong online sense, able to control the direction of content output, and have good aesthetic ability for materials and content.
3. Have strong communication skills and strong logical thinking ability.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English
