We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to help us with complex manual testing for our applications and to provide their QA expertise in helping our product maintain and sustain high quality. We are looking for a technical Test Engineer who strives for high quality and is an engaged member of the QA team and Product team:

What You Will Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of software testers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and priorities.
• Perform manual testing of software applications, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, isolate, and document defects in a clear and concise manner, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in testing methodologies and processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Software Tester, with a focus on manual testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional/negative), test case design, and defect tracking.
• 3+ years of management experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing tools like TestRail, defect management systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and client-based products
• Testing experience of Web application and experience in modern test development concepts.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic startup environment where requirements and priorities might change.
• Awareness of test automation principles, even though this role is focused on manual testing. Knowledge of automation tools can be a plus.
• Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) concepts, protocols, and architectures can be a plus.
• Bonus skills: Golang, Java, Devops knowledge, Experience with Manufacturing or Manufacturing Software
