Job Description :

Responsibilities as a Strategy Intern 

• To support designing of strategies that combine the reach of diverse media, deep audience segmentation, a strong and ongoing integration of content and targeting.
• To enthusiastically work across multiple brands and new business. 
• To conduct research to help identify insights and understand category, brands, and target; proactively shares key learnings with department and agency. 
• To gauge and analyze the success of campaigns.
• To understand the overall concept of the brand, clients, product goals, and all other aspects of service 
• To monitor trends in digital, social media and technology and package them for the agency. 
• To assist in creating required presentations/reports

Kickstart to Success 

• Two- day induction and introduction to your mentor 
• Two live projects in 4-5 months 
• Exposure to on-going client work 
• Performance reviews every 3 months 
• Pre-placement offer on successful completion of the program basis fair assessment. 

Mentorship 

Every intern will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills. The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Havas. 

Eligibility 

• Strong academic performance with a focus on subjects that are relevant to the internship that you are applying for 
• Good written and communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
