Job Description

Summary: Skyworks is developing products to address new and diverse markets including applications such as WiFi, RF infrastructure, automotive, and internet-of-things. 

  • Responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of analog integrated circuits such as amplifier biasing blocks, regulators, bandgap references, closed-loop feedback circuits, trim and calibration circuits. 
  • Responsibilities may grow to include top level design ownership, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products.
  • Overseeing the work of layout designers, test engineers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master's / PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Expertise with Cadence design tools including schematic capture, simulators, and layout
  • Strong communication skills, ability to organize information and present results clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of analog designs such as bandgaps, op-amps, regulators, precision current sources in CMOS or BiCMOS technologies
  • Knowledge of feedback systems, poles and zeroes, loop dynamics
  • Basic digital logic, truth tables, digital signaling techniques
  • Basic knowledge of MOS and bipolar device physics, and the semiconductor manufacturing processes
