You will promote and train team with quality/process, reliability engineering driven mindset at Technology Center.
You will support Technology Center Manager and Global R&D Quality Manager to implement the defined activities and track the progress.
You will be able to challenge the status quo in processes, documentation, transfer your knowledge and findings into regular R&D activities.
You support on root cause analysis, FMEA, or other trainings to Technology Center colleagues.
You will closely communicate/cooperate with other quality function colleagues locally and globally.

Your background:
Master’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably 3+ working experience.
Tracking record of experience in Design quality, Failure Mode, and Effects Analysis, Change control, or Reliability engineering.
Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and systematic thinking.
Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
Experience in Quality and/or Process Management will be plus.
Team leadership experience will be a plus.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
