Responsibilities

  • Understand customers specific business requirements and apply WorkForce product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software.
  • Provide expert workforce management advice to customers.
  • Communicate specific value benefits to customers and prospects.
  • Maintain awareness of trends in workforce management.
  • Research companies and tailor demonstrations to their specific corporate goals
  • Respond to RFx, write proposals, and supporting literature.
  • Educate the marketplace on our product offerings including analysts and tradeshow attendees.
  • Work with Product Management for continuous product improvement.
  • Enable partners to sell the WorkForce suite of products for time and attendance, absence, and scheduling.
  • Train, enable and mentor partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the HCM space or relevant industry experience as a solution consultant, sales engineer, or in a pre-sales role for enterprise software.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting client facing presentations.
  • Presentation skills, Software Demonstration skills, Analytical Thinking, Customer Focus, Communication, Self-organizing, Self-motivation, Innovation, Collaboration, Objective Listening, Conceptual Thinking, Influencing Others, Behavioral Awareness, Quality Focus, Technical savvy.
  • Great collaborative skills, able to work with sales leads and other solution consultants to achieve revenue expectations.
  • Ability to communicate passionately, persuasively, and effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, with a wide range of people, including clients and external organizations.
  • Ability to assess and articulate the business value to the prospect.
  • Ability to build strong, influential prospect, partner, and customer relationships.
  • Exceptional technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • High work standards with desire and ability to exceed expectations.
  • Experience with Enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, or Payroll.
  • Familiarity with time and attendance, shift scheduling, and/or absence management
  • Experience with the labor scheduling processes in retail, hospitality, public services and/or transport sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Organization, coordination, and time management skills.
  • A positive, energetic, motivated, and tenacious work ethic with high standards.
  • Language skills are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
