For the site in Gilching we are looking for you as Hardware Engineer (m/w/d) Power Electronics & Drives 

These challenges await you:

• Design, development and integration of electrical components and systems for HVAC systems in commercial vehicles
• Creation of requirement specifications and specifications for components in hybrid and electric vehicles 
• Dimensioning of high-voltage, power electronics and drive components for air conditioning systems in hybrid and electric vehicles
• Design of high-voltage components (cables, plugs, fuses) for HVAC systems 
• Evaluation and analysis of EMC and safety aspects, taking into account the relevant product and customer standards 
• Collaboration from pre-development to series launch 
• Sustainable documentation of development results 
• Implementation and support of validation and qualification tests (internal & external)

You inspire us with that:

• Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics (with a focus on electrical drive technology, power electronics or energy technology) or comparable training
• Initial experience in the field of power electronics and electric motors (AC and DC) is an advantage 
• Experience in the field of electromobility and high-voltage (up to 1000 Vdc) is desirable
• You can already demonstrate initial development experience taking into account EMC and safety aspects 
• We require a very good command of English 
• High quality and cost orientation characterizes you 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
