Job Summary:

Searching for an experienced semiconductor Staff Engineer Analogue IC Design with direct experience, and track record, of bringing automotive products through the NPI development process from definition to production release, including all quality, functional safety and qualification related analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers functional blocks to specification on time and to a high quality with minimal oversight.
  • Working towards taking ownership of more complex subsystems on chip.
  • Adopting an additional area of technical specialization of value to the team.
  • Taking full ownership of their ongoing development as an analogue designer.
  • Communicating and presenting complex work in a clear and professional manner.
  • Writing reports and holding design reviews, demonstrating structured thinking and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in Analogue IC design.
  • A clear and demonstrable enthusiasm for CMOS analogue circuit design.
  • Has taken full ownership of delivering blocks and minor subsystems.
  • Experience of automotive development process and Functional Safety.
  • Competent user of Cadence tools (IC6) and Calibre.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
