JAVA Developer - Entry Level - May Grads

MAPFRE is looking for highly talented, motivated and results-oriented recent college graduates with drive, determination and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment to enter into its Next Level IT Talent Program as a Business Analyst. This position will start in June 2024. 

You will join our application development teams and become our future technical and business analyst leads. By working on strategic initiatives in our strongest business lines, you will have exposure to mission critical changes that will help grow and maintain MAPFRE’s leadership in the Massachusetts insurance market. Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with both IT and Business professionals to help contribute to MAPFRE’s strategic initiatives
  • Learn our state of the art platforms to better serve our customers
  • Design solutions with both a short and long term objectives in mind
  • Support enterprise applications that directly impact our customers on a daily basis

Ideal Candidate – Skills & Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student graduating in 2024 
  • Major/Minor in Computer Science for Developer Positions
  • Strong record of academic excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and go outside your comfort zone
  • Team-oriented and able to handle fast-paced environment
