NVIDIA Networking is looking for an IC senior Product Engineer (PE) to take ownership of NVIDIA Networking IC mass production engineering and data analysis at Taiwan Hsinchu area. Position is in test house On-site.

Candidate expecting to perform production testing control and problem solving of silicon integrated circuit products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead multiple networking ICs’ products engineering activities, which will include making real time decisions on quality of silicon, define pass/fail criteria for screening, solve multi-disciplinary problems and perform cost reduction and quality enhancement, by sophisticated data analysis, AI tools and deep understanding of testing and HW.
• This role consists a broad scope of skills including attention to details, organization as well as good written & verbal skills. The engineer needs to be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently as tasks types change. The ability to communicate is critical. The engineer will need to communicate to local planning, engineering and management teams as well as connect with NVIDIA engineers based at remote locations. Communications methods will consist of face to face interactions, email, phone, online conferences and instant messaging.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor technical degree in a related field and/or more than 5 years of proven experience. (Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Physics or equivalent experience).
• We prefer candidates with experience working in or with a manufacturing environment, excellent analytical skills, high ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Candidates should be adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings, and be comfortable with data reporting & visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Experience in handling large data sets and relational database as well as experience with reporting packages, databases, programming, knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (JMP, Excel etc).
• We are looking for candidates able to multi-task, engage with other teams members, be attentive to details, proactive and tackle problems quickly.
• We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership ability. Workable English skills (verbal and written). Must be a self-starter capable of leading own activates as well as supporting team activities. Ability to work on off-shift with minimum of supervision.
• Flexible in work hours. Working during night shifts - Only when require as part of NPI or production issues.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in semiconductor industry, IC PE activities. Background in complex and big data/yield analysis.
• Experience with AI models, with UltraFlex or/and other IC test system.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
• Proven understanding of Automated Test Equipment (IC testers, probers, handlers, system Level test and reliability equipment). Proven experience in test wafer sort (Wafer probers and probe cards)
