Main tasks:
- Own the month end process by gathering, processing and analyzing data accurately and efficiently
- Maintain, enhance and make recommendations where necessary to all types of reports and dashboards
- Evaluate & provide insight on both financial and business performance by writing monthly commentaries including review of historical, actual and budgeted performance
- Contribute to quarter end reporting packs by updating/creating slides, graphs and commentaries
- Assist in the yearly budgeting, business planning and forecasting periods
- Support current and future projects & initiatives as and when required
Role Specific Competencies
- Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- End to end responsibility in accomplishing tasks/reports with a meticulous approach
- Analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving in a proactive approach
- Anticipate and address future needs of data reporting/ analysis
- Follow, prepare and enhance processes and procedures for effective prioritization of responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Work efficiently and accurately both independently as well as part of a team
- Quick to learn and work with new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal stakeholders
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a financial role desirable
- Degree in finance/ statistics or professional qualification is desirable
- IT literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to deliver end to end all allocated deliverables – measured through review by line manager
- Ability to create new reports/dashboards as and when required – measured through review by line manager
- Ability to follow processes and have the knowhow to improve them where necessary – measured during check-ins
- Ability to work within set timeframes to deliver key information to stakeholders – measured through team task-lists
