As a Dealer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Dealer Marketing Lead by contributing to the preparation and execution of key EMEA Dealer Marketing projects outlined in the annual plan. Through effective cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, you will serve as a facilitator, connecting various dots and providing essential support to regional and local teams. The primary focus of these projects encompasses marketing tools, materials, Co-op programs, marketing training, and digital marketing services for dealers across Europe.

In alignment with the overarching BRP Tier 3 digital strategy, you will be entrusted with managing assigned programs. Your responsibilities include the development and establishment of best-in-class marketing solutions that resonate across our global portfolio.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

1. Dealer Network Guidance & training:

  • Support day-to-day Dealer Marketing tasks related to the Co-op program, Dealer marketing tools, Dealer marketing training, and Dealer communication.
  • Collaborate and actively support country teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively deploy Dealer marketing strategies in their respective countries.

2. Retail sales growth support:

  • Map and execute Dealer Marketing Go-To-Market projects designed to stimulate retail sales leveraging dealer marketing tools and programs.
  • Effectively coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Digital solutions coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate a comprehensive digital service program tailored for dealers in Europe. This encompasses website content management, media content management, and CRM management.
  • Work collaboratively with external suppliers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital services.

To make that happen you will:

  • Work collaboratively with external suppliers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the tools and services.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Regional marketing team, Country marketing teams, and the Global Marketing team, to ensure alignment and consistency across all Tier 3 marketing efforts.
