You will play a crucial role in enhancing our application management by creating a comprehensive and user-friendly health dashboard. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop a dashboard that provides real-time insights into our application's performance, reliability, and overall health.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to understand application architecture and key performance indicators
- Design and develop a highly intuitive and informative application health dashboard
- Implement data visualization tools and techniques to effectively display real-time application metrics
- Ensure the dashboard is user-friendly and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on the dashboard design to improve functionality and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest trends in dashboard design and data visualization

- Must be available for three alternating semesters
- Students must be able to complete the below schedule while actively enrolled in school: Fall 2024, Summer 2025, Spring 2026

- Knowledge of dashboard design tools and software
- Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with database systems

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience working with the Smartsheet and PowerBi platforms, including design, development, and maintenance of Smartsheet automation and design
- Comfortable working in group and individual settings
- Ability to develop effective presentations that help explain the background, analysis, results, and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
- Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in Delta as a company
