Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research & consolidate competitive insights from e-commerce industries
  • Collaborate closely with the Campaign & Community team to assist the preparation of category campaigns
  • Support Category Strategy and Category & Account Management teams in the execution of platform and category initiatives
  • Provide strategic recommendations and trend analysis to improve overall category performance
  • Produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
  • Other admin-related work and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • English proficiency is a must
  • Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Workspace tools
  • Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit to working full-time 5 days a week for at least 3 months
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges

Preferred Qualification

  • Savvy users of social media platforms, especially TikTok
