Your 'day to day'
As an Engineer - Device QAnalytics, you will implement novel techniques, enabling the enrichment & optimization of PMI ecosystems’ quality performance analysis for PMI RRP devices. You will also ensure scalability and customer-centricity of the analytical products.
More specifically, you'll
- Own monitoring, analysing, investigating, and reporting on assigned scope
- Identify, evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain novel approaches, enabling automation of analysis & reporting (including but not limited to quality signal detection) of PMI ecosystems’ in-market quality performance and drivers thereof
- Use sophisticated modelling techniques and machine learning to identify insights
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the Analysis team to ensure efficient use of novel approaches
- Maintain the knowledge of each data layer used to ensure the integrity of monitoring, analysis, and investigation outcome
Who we're looking for
- MSc in Scientific, Technological or Engineering field
- Meaningful experience in Business Intelligence/Data Science
- Work experience in data cleaning, preparation, refinement, manipulation via structured tools like Python
- Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of:
- Descriptive Statistics and visualization techniques
- Modelling (regression techniques)
- Machine Learning (Supervised and Unsupervised Techniques)
- Programming & related methodology expertise:
o Excel, PowerBI or Tableau
o SQL
o Python
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Package
- Ability to distil sophisticated analysis and/or work into high-credibility outcome and concrete conclusions
- Experience in leading, planning, and carrying out projects across departments within agreed scope and timing while contributing to the execution of PMI strategy
- Ability to reinforce a project management culture by actively engaging partners and balancing priorities and time limits
- Creative mindset, always looking for solutions and opportunities, ready to take a challenge
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborative team member and lifelong learner
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
